We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, you have up to 30 days to return items purchased online. To start the return process, please email email@example.com to request the shipping address for the return. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges or cover the return shipping fees unless you are returning an item that is damaged or defective.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the original packaging slip. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
